Food Service Addendum

Licensor and Licensee hereby agree to the following terms and conditions associated with food service during the Event:

1.     Catering service is required for service of food beyond and outside of the provision of appetizers, light bites and desserts, and/or individual pre-wrapped snacks.

2.     Licensee accepts all responsibility and liability associated with service of food, whether or not catered, and contracted cooks, servers, and similar professionals involved in the preparation and service of food, and hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all damages, liabilities, actions, suits, claims, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), penalties, or expenses arising out of or in connection with, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly with food provided during the Event.

3.     Licensee agrees to follow all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to service of food at the Event. Licensee agrees to obtain any license or certification necessary to comply with these laws and regulations.

4.     Food and its associated plates, napkins and utensils must be properly disposed of, including any preparation waste (such as grease, wrappers, or produce peels) associated with food served. Clean up fees may be assessed for all food and items improperly disposed of.

5.     Licensee must separately and additionally execute the Addendum on Alcohol if Licensee intends to serve alcohol during the Event.
